Visual Inspection Operator

ESH :

› Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work

› Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

› Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in

case of unsafe or polluting hazards

› Visual inspection tires which meet the quality standard

Output / Delivery :

› Skillfully operate in Visual inspection area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift

Efficiency & Cost :

› Utilize given resources worthily

People :

› Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development

-----------------------------------------------

Production Operation :

› Operate Visual inspection machine according to production requirements to avoid unqualified products

› Upon finding any operation behavior against production operation specifications , immediately stop it and report to shift leader

› Carry out corrections for production process to meet operation specifications

› Upon finding equipment failure, immediately report to shift leader for speed recovery to ensure normal operation of equipment

Other :

› Comply with relative safety regulations of the company

› Carry out various work according to requirements of quality standards in company

› Complete various work stipulated in TPM to enhance productivity 

› Carry relative stipulations of 5S. Keep working field in line with requirements of 5S

› Carry out various work according to environmental production standards in the company and perform all requirements in environment management system

Educational background or certification :

High vocational certificate with or any related field

Professional experience :

0 - 2 years of experience in production and manufacturing

0 - 2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field is advantage
