Visual Experience Designer

Overview:

Trinetix is looking for a visual designer who treats pre-sales and sales materials as interactive digital experiences—not static decks.

The Visual Experience Designer creates interactive, narrative-driven proposals and sales assets that help enterprise audiences quickly grasp complex ideas and make confident decisions. Blending presentation design, motion storytelling, and systems thinking, this role partners closely with pursuit, strategy, and go-to-market teams to translate strategic narratives into cohesive visual experiences. Work is primarily Figma-based, with After Effects and PowerPoint support.

Key Responsibilities

· Produce experiential, narrative-driven sales and proposal materials that go beyond traditional slide decks.

· Translate complex ideas and solution frameworks provided by the Sales and Delivery Teams into clear visual assets and short motion explainers (After Effects) to support storytelling.

· Work primarily in Figma, with the ability to adapt designs to PowerPoint as needed.

· Help establish and maintain reusable templates and systems for sales and proposal assets.

· Collaborate closely with strategy, sales, and delivery leadership stakeholders while maintaining visual and narrative coherence.

· Uphold a high bar for craft, clarity, and consistency across all client-facing materials.

Qualifications

· Experience in presentation, digital, or visual communication design (agency or IT consulting experience preferred).

· Strong proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint.

· Working knowledge of After Effects for short explainer animations.

· Professional fluency in English for effective collaboration and presentation with native-speaking stakeholders.

· Strong storytelling, hierarchy, and clarity in visual design.

· Familiarity with IT consulting environments, including UX/UI fundamentals and modern software development processes, enabling effective collaboration with technical and strategy teams.

· Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes, client-facing environments.
