Responsibilities

•Marketing & Product Visuals: Take charge of visual design for online marketing campaigns and product feature promotions, creating engaging and effective creative assets.

•Brand Consistency & Evolution: Maintain and refine our brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

•Trend Analysis & Visual Standards: Stay ahead of industry design trends, participate in defining the standards for our overall visual language, and continuously elevate the quality and impact of our external communications.

•Global Design Perspective: Possess a strong international design vision and aesthetic sense. Insightfully analyze design trends and understand the aesthetic preferences of our global target audience.

•Creative Exploration: Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while constantly exploring new creative directions and innovative visual solutions.

Requirements

•Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

•Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

•AI Tool Mastery: Skilled in using AI-powered tools to enhance the creative process and generate innovative design assets.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

•Illustration & Drawing Skills: Strong capabilities in illustration and hand-drawing.

•Motion Design Experience: Experience with video production or motion graphics design.

•Event & Merchandise Design: Previous work experience in event visual design, merchandise, or other brand collateral design.
