What you’ll achieve
As a Visual Designer Senior Advisor, you will be responsible to produce high-quality design artefacts that can be referenced upon by varied stakeholders, striking a balance between user requirements against business goals. You will see through the design life cycle from user research, wire framing, interaction design, to prototyping and visual design.

You will:
• Create pixel-perfect UI designs, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes that elevate the user experience while adhering to Dell’s brand guidelines, typography, and color palettes
• Partner closely with interaction designers, product managers, and software engineers to translate wireframes, user flows, and technical requirements into intuitive and visually compelling product interfaces
• Maintain, advocate for, and help evolve Dell's internal design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all digital platforms and devices
• Participate in design critiques and iteratively refine visual assets based on user research, usability testing results, and stakeholder feedback to deliver user-centric design solutions

Essential Requirements

• Must provide an Online Portfolio for reference
• 8 to 12 years of experience in design patterns, from user research to lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity mock-ups
• Experience crafting design systems and style guides
• Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements across varied stakeholders

Desirable Requirements
• Experience working with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make
