Visual Designer – Production & Brand Systems
Location: Mexico (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
•
Design and produce visual content—including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral—using pre-defined templates.
•
Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and compliance across all formats.
•
Deliver production-ready assets with minimal creative direction, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing stakeholders.
•
Ensure all visuals meet accessibility standards and follow brand and legal compliance requirements.
•
Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables while maintaining quality under tight timelines.
•
Update, refine, and adapt assets for digital and print channels as needed.
Must-have Skills (Remember to include years of experience)
•
2–3 years of experience in visual or graphic design, ideally in a high-volume production or marketing environment.
•
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
•
Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates, systems, and strict brand guidelines.
•
Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
•
Ability to manage shifting priorities, multitask effectively, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
•
Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and platforms as needed.
•
Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating across diverse teams and business units.
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
•
Advanced English level (written communication required for global collaboration).
Nice-to-have
•
Familiarity with content management platforms like AEM.
•
Experience using collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
•
Experience working in highly regulated industries (financial services, pharma, legal, etc.).
•
Understanding of marketing workflows, revision cycles, and production pipelines.
•
Interest in brand governance and quality assurance.
•
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage AI tools to improve production workflows, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate drafting, and enhance design consistency. Ability to recommend opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
