We're looking for a full-time visual designer with the chops to both pixel-perfect white-label digital product designs for our clients and come up with creative solutions to strengthen our sales and marketing teams. This is a multi-disciplinary role whereby you'll be working on both product & marketing designs. In your role you will collaborate with an enthusiastic team of designers, developers, marketing & sales professionals across the globe to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Client Delivery team in branding and tailoring our products to meet the needs of our customers.

• Collaborate with our Marketing Team in the creation of digital, web & print collateral, including but not limited to visuals for social media, presentations, reports, web pages, event/tradeshow materials, and online ads.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team; share in the workload, lead by example and motivate others.

• Prepare and execute Design QA on built customer implementations. Report defects along with recommendations back to the engineering team.

• Prepare and optimize designs for hand-off, based on production methods.

• Act as design liaison during (onsite) workshops with customers and prospects.

• Document and present design decisions and rationale to internal and external stakeholders.

• Initiate, participate and own projects that advance design as a practice at Sureify.

• Contribute to team culture by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and supporting design best practices.

• Manage your workload independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality assets on schedule.

About You

• 3+ years experience in visual design, with a focus on digital product design and B2B audiences.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC applications.

• Proficiency working with corporate brand guidelines and accessibility standards

• A portfolio showcasing a thoughtful and well-executed body of work.

• Proactive approach to career, projects and relationships.

• Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritize projects & tasks accordingly.

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous documentation standards.

• Team player; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to efficiently collaborate and engage in a cross-cultural setting.

• Positive attitude grounded in reality, able to take constructive criticism and improve work accordingly.

• Comfortable working through problems in a non-linear fashion, providing creative solutions on the fly, as needed.

• Experience with AI-enhanced workflows, video, or Webflow is a plus.

Base annual salary
$125,000—$148,000 USD
