As we continue to expand, we are seeking versatile Visual Designer with hands-on production design skills, with a strong focus on UX/UI and web design to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success. The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand messages working on both client and internal initiatives. You will work closely with our Transparency team to create clinical trial documents and collaborate with the Technology team to develop innovative and creative solutions for our various digital projects.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create clinical trial documents with a focus on accessibility.

• Design digital and print assets to support internal projects and initiatives.

• Create and design graphics for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.

• Create and maintain a design system that ensures brand consistency across all design projects and platforms.

• Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

• Analyze client and team feedback to iterate and enhance designs.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.

• Leverage AI technologies to drive innovation and increase efficiency.
