Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative Visual Designer to shape our brand identity, create marketing materials, produce video content, and provide UI support for online campaign pages. You will be responsible for ensuring all visual outputs accurately convey the brand spirit. You will also play a key role in brand visual upgrades, delivering professional, consistent, and engaging visual solutions for our exhibitions, online/offline events, and social media channels.

What we will need

• Brand Visual Design: Independently design various graphic materials, including company brochures, event posters, and Key Visuals (KV).
• Video Editing & Production: Produce promotional videos, event highlights, and social media short videos. Proficiency in professional tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) and efficient apps like Jianying for rapid output is required.
• UI Visual Support: Take charge of the visual design and optimization of online event pages and product landing pages, ensuring a cohesive user experience and brand alignment.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Marketing, PR, and Content teams to understand requirements and ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of all visual assets.
• Brand Visual Upgrade: Participate in or lead the optimization and iteration of the brand visual identity system to continuously enhance its modernity and consistency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and UI design. Fresh graduate with proven experience in generating commercial visual content is also welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in professional design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and efficient tools like Jianying.
• Solid skills in brand visual design, with the proven ability to independently optimize and innovate brand visual systems.
• Prior experience in event visual design or video production is highly preferred.
• Experience in the Finance, Internet, or Technology industry is a plus.
• A portfolio is mandatory for application.
