What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Create high-performing digital ads that capture attention and drive conversions for our e-commerce clients
• Develop creative concepts during collaborative brainstorming sessions with our strategy team
• Iterate and optimize ad creative based on performance data and client feedback
• Present your ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
• Stay current with social media trends and platform best practices

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creation (Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Shopify
• Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies
• Experience working in remote teams
• Knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
