What You’ll Be Doing

视觉创意设计师

• 负责品牌在Web3领域的创意输出与视觉落地，支持策略组开展的线上/线下活动素材设计，包括但不限于线上活动页面设计、宣传海报设计、视频制作等；

• 根据项目需求，独立或主导完成多种形式的视觉创作，包括但不限于数字绘画、图形设计、视频拍摄及制作及AI视觉生成等全流程创意工作；

• 具备专业的Photoshop图像处理与合成能力，能够高效完成高质量修图、视觉特效制作及各类平面设计任务；

• 具备活动运营视角，能够理解策略意图并协调内外部资源，高效推进多类型视觉项目的完成；

• 关注Fintech及Web3行业的品牌动态与创意趋势，探索AI等新技术与品牌视觉的创新结合。

•
Responsible for the creative output and visual implementation of the brand in the Web3 space, supporting the strategy team in designing materials for online/offline activities, including but not limited to online event page design, promotional poster design, and video production.

•
Based on project requirements, independently or lead the completion of various forms of visual creation, including but not limited to digital painting, graphic design, video shooting and production, and AI visual generation throughout the entire creative process.

•
Possess professional skills in Photoshop for image processing and compositing, efficiently completing high-quality retouching, visual effects production, and various graphic design tasks.

•
Have an event operations perspective, able to understand strategic intentions and coordinate internal and external resources to efficiently advance the completion of various visual projects.

•
Stay updated on brand dynamics and creative trends in the Fintech and Web3 industries, exploring innovative combinations of AI and brand visuals.

What We Look For In You

• 设计、多媒体、数字艺术、绘画等相关专业本科及以上学历；

• 3年以上视觉设计经验，熟练掌握商业拍摄、数字绘画、图形设计、视频制作与AI视觉创作，有Web3、金融科技或互联网产品相关设计经验者优先；

• 出色的审美与美术功底，具备专业的拍摄能力、数字绘画技能以及视频剪辑与动效设计能力，能够根据需求选择最适合的视觉表现形式；

• 精通Photoshop，能够熟练运用于图像处理、合成创作、视觉特效等专业场景；

• 熟练使用AE、PR、AI、Figma、C4D等设计软件，具备AI生成工具（如MidJourney、Stable Diffusion等）的实际项目应用经验；

• 能够运用ChatGPT等AI工具辅助创意发散、脚本撰写与视觉概念生成；

• 具备基础及以上英语沟通能力，能适应跨文化协作环境

Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, multimedia, digital art, painting, or related fields.

•
Over 3 years of visual design experience, proficient in commercial photography, digital painting, graphic design, video production, and AI visual creation; experience in Web3, fintech, or internet product design is preferred.

•
Excellent aesthetic sense and artistic foundation, with professional shooting skills, digital painting capabilities, and video editing and motion design skills, able to select the most suitable visual expression based on requirements.

•
Proficient in Photoshop, with strong skills in image processing, compositing, and visual effects in professional scenarios.

•
Familiar with design software such as After Effects (AE), Premiere Pro (PR), Illustrator (AI), Figma, and Cinema 4D (C4D), with practical project experience using AI generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion).

•
Able to use AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in creative brainstorming, script writing, and visual concept generation.

•
Bilingual in Chinese and English is a must to interact with different stakeholders
