Visual Content Designer (Graphic Designer)

We are creative Visual Content Designer to join the Corporate Marketing Team. This role supports both corporate and community-level marketing initiatives across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about strengthening brand presence through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Design

• Design creative assets for social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Create platform-optimized social graphics aligned with current trends
• Support campaign concepting and visual storytelling

Print & Marketing Collateral

• Develop brochures, flyers, signage, ads, and sales materials
• Produce event and community marketing materials
• Prepare press-ready files for print production
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
• Support marketing needs for communities nationwide
• Maintain and enforce brand standards
• Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines

Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience designing for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate and incorporate feedback

Preferred

• Experience in senior living or healthcare marketing
• Knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics
• Motion graphics or video editing experience
