Position Summary

We’re looking for a Visual & Digital Designer who combines creativity, strategy, and emerging technology to elevate how we tell our story across every channel. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience crafting visual identities and campaigns across digital, print, and web, and is excited about how AI and generative tools can enhance creative workflows.

You’ll join a high-performing marketing team that values collaboration, innovation, and curiosity. Working closely with writers, strategists, and developers, you’ll bring bold ideas to life through brand campaigns, social content, website experiences, and event design.

This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver, with three in-office days per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and produce creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including digital ads, web pages, social media, presentations, videos, tradeshow materials, and print collateral.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals that drive engagement.

• Explore AI and generative design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or ChatGPT to concept, iterate, and scale design assets efficiently.

• Contribute to website and UX design, partnering with web and digital teams to enhance the overall user experience and visual consistency.

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating clearly and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Stay ahead of design, technology, and AI trends to continuously improve creative quality and innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-5 years of professional design experience spanning both digital and print mediums.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and digital design work. Experience with UX or motion design is an asset.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma or similar UX/UI tools.

• Familiarity with AI and generative design tools and an enthusiasm for exploring new creative technologies.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, photography, illustration, or HTML/CSS is a plus.
