What you’ll do
• Support on our #1 opportunity: assembling a team of world class executers
• Work closely with Marius (CEO & Co-Founder) and the founding recruiting team to scale the Peec AI team across multiple functions and departments
• Actively identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, creative channels)
• Take ownership of end-to-end hiring pipelines, from sourcing and outreach to interviews and funnel management
• Conduct first-round interviews and help assess candidates for a wide range of roles (technical and non-technical)
• Partner cross-functionally with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Finance to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
What we’re looking for
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience through 1–2 internships or roles in recruiting, venture capital, consulting, high-growth startups, or talent-related functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can confidently engage and build relationships with candidates
• High curiosity about startups, technology, and what makes exceptional teams
• Low-ego, hands-on team player who’s excited to work closely with founders and take ownership
Bonus points
• Experience in sourcing (LinkedIn/Juicebox), recruiting, or talent research
• Exposure to fast-paced hiring environments or venture-backed startups
• Exposure in client facing positions in sales, retail, hospitality, etc.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (Ashby), or other recruiting tools
• Strong interest in people, culture, and scaling organizations
• Passion for the startup ecosystem and building world-class teams
