Visiting Founder's Associate (f/m/d)

Mission:
Integral was founded in October 2024 and building the leading AI-native platform for accounting, payroll, and tax for European SMEs, and we're looking for the sharpest people to help us get there. 

As our Founder's Associate Intern, you'll work directly alongside the CEO & Co-Founder and the Growth Team, inside the engine room of a company that moves fast and builds with intense momentum. This is not a structured graduate program. You'll be given the keys to the driver's seat, trusted early, and expected to deliver. This role is full-time in Berlin, office-based, starting immediately for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Core responsibilities:
• Support the Growth Team and CEO & Co-Founder on high-impact projects tied directly to revenue and company growth
• Drive sales, deliver results: successfully closing deals with SMB leads
• Sharpen internal processes, playbooks, and workflows that scale with the team
• Spearhead workstreams end-to-end and deliver output and deliver proactively with calm urgency
• Contribute to the kind of work that actually shows up in the numbers

Your profile:
• First successful commercial experience in sales, business development, or a similarly results-driven environment: we want to see that you've closed something, moved a number, or built something that worked
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, both are mandatory
• You identify the hardest, most important task and you go at it first
• You don't wait for perfect conditions, you make things work with what's in front of you
• You're obsessed with AI tools to work faster and smarter
• You've been in a startup or high-performance environment before 
• Studying at or recently graduated from a top tier university in Business
