Visa Direct is a new payment service that allows clients (including issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, remitters and service providers) to facilitate domestic and cross-border fund transfers/disbursements to Visa accounts in the U.S. and around the world using push payment technology, i.e., Original Credit Transaction (OCT), and traditional ACH/RTP payment rails to deposit into checking accounts and wallets. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person to person (P2P) transfer, cross border remittances, funds disbursement (business to consumer or small business payments) including priority use cases of marketplace payouts, royalty and digital content payouts and gig economy services, and more. The Visa Direct Sales Strategy and Operations Manager is a high-impact role that will assist in driving sales performance and productivity across our Sales and Account Growth teams. They will track and report on progress across our key KPIs and identify new opportunities to grow the business across key client segments. The successful candidate is a structured, detail-oriented strategic thinker with advanced analytics, communication, and organizational skills. They enjoy operating in a dynamic team environment and working on cross-functional projects. This is a full-time position and will report to the Director of North America Visa Direct Sales Operations. Responsibilities include: Business Planning & Management: Support in developing ambitious annual targets and design sophisticated dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor progress against revenue objectives. Launch Monitoring: Report on success of Visa Direct launches in North America and lead weekly meetings to track risks, blockers, and milestones. Develop executive level report to highlight monthly developments. Sales Vision: Execute the broader sales strategy for Visa Direct with the sales leaders and commercialization teams. Proactively identify gaps and uncover new opportunities to accelerate sales and revenue growth, including expansion into untapped regions, client segments, and emerging markets. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster robust cross-functional partnerships across Visa, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Communications, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies, impactful client-facing assets, and effective contracts and term sheets. Marketing Liaison: Lead efforts to communicate progress and growth externally, leveraging PR, conference events, and strategic communication plans to amplify Visa Direct’s market presence Payments SME: Stay informed on payment trends, regulations, etc. and educate the team on potential business impacts/opportunities This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of money movement space, key players (card based and non-card based), competition and market trends. Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders. Fast learner and critical thinker, ability to interpret rules and policies and clearly articulate their applicability. Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively. Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately.

Relocation: This role does not provide relocation assistance. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 129,200.00 to 187,350.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
