This is for a client of LinkTag.

LinkTag is focused on serving IT client resourcing needs by bridging the gaps using the competencies of recruiters in an virtual recruitment model in order to meet the demands of all - clients and recruiters.

Work Location : Bangalore

Mandatory Skills: ·

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP concepts, Routing basics and dynamic routing Protocols, BGP,OSPF, Multicast protocols, PIM-SSM,IGMP,AMT, ·
• Switching concepts, VLANs, HSRP/VRRP, dot1q, QinQ. ·
• Hands on experience with Cisco IOS and Juniper JunOS switching and routing and hardware, · Hands on experience with Load balancers – Brocade, F5, ·
• Hands on experience with testing equipment such as Spirent or IXIA is required ·
• Understanding of IPv6 and experience with IPv6 implementation, Server OS background is needed – Solaris/Linux, Windows, ·
• Good understanding of application protocols – DHCP, Radius, LDAP, DNS, and Radius. ·
• Experience with testing network application protocols – DHCP, Radius, LDAP, DNS ·
• Scripting knowledge Perl, Shell, Experience with Cisco CNR DHCP and Juniper SBR, ·
• Network troubleshooting skills, ·
• Good Documentation skills, Knowledge of creating deployment guides, methods and procedures and troubleshooting guides, ·
• Team player and ability to grasp high level instructions is very important, Develop test plans, ·
• Execute certification tests and create test reports, Improve design through testing, Investigate new features tier 4 support, ·
• Lab support, Replicate and test production setup in a lab prior to deployment.

Good to have: ·

HP C7000 blade enclosures, having working experience in maintaining complex Windows / Linux / Solaris and VMware environments. ·

Strong understanding of virtualization concepts, experience in RAID configuration, ·

Multipathing and scanning storage LUNs and bringing them to OS control, LINUX Logical Volume Management(LVM), ·

Remote server management with HP ILO, Experience in Regular network protocols like SSH, DNS, NFS, Kick start installations and centralized repositories. ·

Performance tuning and Process management. Vcenter experience, experience in VMWARE hypervisor and ESXi services.

Experience Level:

3-7 years

Candidates should have a valid Passport (mandatory)and willing to travel abroad.
