Qualifications/ Technology Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field (Unique education, specialized experience, skills, knowledge, training, or certification may be substituted)
• 5+ yrs of experience with Virtualization technologies
• Experience with VMware vSphere/VVF required
• Experience with Nutanix AHV preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V preferred
• 3+yrs of exposure to and experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments
• Basic understanding of VCF architecture and its integrated components (vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, Aria Suite)
• Familiarity with SDDC Manager interface and basic VCF administrative tasks
• Knowledge of VCF concepts including workload domains and converged infrastructure principles
• Exposure to VCF deployment processes and lifecycle management procedures
• Ability to perform routine VCF maintenance tasks under senior guidance
• 5+ yrs of experience with operational administration of IT systems
• 5+ yrs of experience with performance monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, Elastic, etc.)
• 5+ yrs of experience with an enterprise ITSM system. ServiceNow preferred
• Experience with Cisco UCS and Dell hardware systems required
• Familiarity with Dell PowerFlex/PowerStore/VxRail preferred
• Operating System skills with Windows and Linux preferred
• Understanding of PowerShell and PowerCLI. Ability to create and utilize scripts preferred
• Managed Services or consulting experience preferred
• VMware Certified Professional certification required
• ITILv4 certification preferred

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
