Modalidad: 100% remoto Horario: Lunes a viernes \u007C 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST Nivel de inglés: Avanzado (C1)
Descripción del cargo: Buscamos Virtual Front Desk Coordinators para brindar soporte administrativo y atención al paciente a clínicas en Estados Unidos. La posición es clave para la gestión de agendas, comunicación con pacientes y correcta ejecución de procesos operativos del front desk.
Responsabilidades
• Gestionar la experiencia del paciente desde el primer contacto hasta el alta.
• Agendar citas nuevas, controles, reactivaciones y manejar cancelaciones o llegadas tardías.
• Realizar check-in virtual y validar información del paciente.
• Asegurar la asistencia puntual de los pacientes durante su Plan de Cuidado.
• Gestionar la comunicación con pacientes vía llamadas, correos y otros canales.
• Mantener actualizados los Planes de Cuidado (POC) y referidos.
• Administrar información de pacientes en sistemas CMR.
• Ejecutar reportes básicos y dar seguimiento a procesos administrativos diarios.
Requisitos
• Inglés avanzado C1 (indispensable).
• Experiencia previa de 1 a 3 años en cargos similares
• Atención al detalle y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas.
