Für unser engagiertes Team im Bereich Luxury Lifestyle Management suchen wir eine serviceorientierte, herzliche und professionelle deutschsprachige Virtuelle*r Lifestyle Concierge. In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie unsere Mitglieder persönlich und mit viel Feingefühl. Sie kümmern sich um ihre Wünsche, antizipieren Bedürfnisse und schaffen besondere Erlebnisse, die im Gedächtnis bleiben. Ihre Leidenschaft für exzellenten Service, Ihre Liebe zum Detail und Ihre kommunikative Stärke machen den Unterschied.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Persönliche Betreuung unserer Mitglieder und Bearbeitung vielfältiger Anfragen rund um Reisen, Restaurants, Events, Freizeit und besondere Wünsche
• Nutzung Ihrer lokalen Kenntnisse und Ihres Gespürs für Qualität, um individuelle Empfehlungen und maßgeschneiderte Erlebnisse zu gestalten
• Aufbau vertrauensvoller, langfristiger Beziehungen durch aufmerksamen, zuverlässigen und diskreten Service
• Sorgfältige Recherche, um für jeden Wunsch die besten und passendsten Optionen zu finden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen und Partnern, um ein nahtloses, hochwertiges Serviceerlebnis zu gewährleisten und das gesamte Leistungsangebot der Ten Group erlebbar zu machen
• Dokumentation aller Anfragen und Interaktionen, um eine kontinuierliche, persönliche Betreuung sicherzustellen
• Aktiver Austausch im Team, Teilen von Ideen, Empfehlungen und Service-Best-Practices

Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in customer service, concierge, or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in online research and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
• Passion for customer service and a keen understanding of luxury lifestyles.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service to enhance their experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
• Willing to work permanent weekend shifts.

Working Pattern:

This position is offered on a part-time (60% FTE) basis, with a total of 24 hours per week. The role is primarily focused on weekend coverage, with mandatory shifts on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, coverage is required on either Monday or Friday.

The working pattern can be arranged as three full working days or, alternatively, reduced hours spread across additional days during the week. Specific shift times and the final working pattern will be agreed upon during the interview process.

To support this shift pattern, weekend allowances and late-shift allowances are provided, making this arrangement particularly lucrative and attractive.

Ihr Profil / Ihre Qualifikationen

• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch mit sehr guten schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in beiden Sprachen
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Concierge-Service oder Lifestyle Management, idealerweise im Luxussegment
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Anfragen gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld zuverlässig Termine einzuhalten
• Sehr gute Recherchefähigkeiten sowie Kreativität und Lösungsorientierung bei der Bearbeitung individueller Anliegen
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und ein feines Gespür für hochwertige Lebensstile und exklusive Erlebnisse
• Fähigkeit, schnell eine persönliche Beziehung zu unseren Mitgliedern aufzubauen und durch individuelle Betreuung besondere Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen
• Hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit sowie ein konsequenter Anspruch an Qualität und Exzellenz in allen Arbeitsbereichen
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden
