Virtual Assistant (No Experience Required)

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly communicative Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and client interactions. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in English, have great people skills, and are eager to learn. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, data entry, and research
• Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity
• Manage basic reports, documentation, and task tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Perform other support duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Very fluent in English; American accent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage time well
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
