Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri (PST;CST;EST)
Compensation: $1,200 USD per month

ROLE DEFINITION
We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant with a hybrid focus: 50% on customer service and 50% on administrative support. This position will be a key role in daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients while also providing essential support to management and sales staff.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
A professional, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can balance both client-facing interactions and back-office tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable handling multiple platforms, and can manage priorities independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Service (50%)
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and live chat.
• Qualify potential clients using provided scripts and document lead information in the CRM.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimized calendar coordination.
• Manage follow-ups with customers, including feedback collection and review requests.
2. Administrative Support (50%)
• Support sales staff with document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with managing internal systems (CRM, spreadsheets, task trackers).
• Provide ad-hoc support to management, including research and preparing reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support.
• Excellent communication (C1/C2 English required).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable being on the phone and engaging with customers.
• Desirable: Proficiency with RingCentral, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, HubSpot).
Requirements:
• Professional remote setup and reliable internet.
• Strong Zoom presence and professional communication.
• Must be able to balance client interactions with administrative duties.
• Introductory video submission required as part of the hiring process.
