What We are looking for

As a VIP Team Leader at Novibet, you will support the financial planning process, drive accurate forecasting, contribute to strategic business plans, and evaluate expansion scenarios across markets and products.

What you will work on

• Develop long-term loyalty and customer lifetime value through the execution of a relationship-focused, data-driven VIP strategy
• Lead the local VIP portfolio’s performance and structure to ensure sustainable commercial growth
• Provide a seamless, premium, and fully compliant journey for high-value players across all company touchpoints
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Product departments to align high-end offers and bespoke campaigns
• Optimize the profitability of VIP rewards and incentives through rigorous planning and continuous monitoring
• Identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risks by deep-diving into historical player behavior and data
• Design individualized account strategies that cater specifically to the profiles and preferences of key VIP clients
• Evaluate market trends and competitive moves to maintain a leading edge in VIP management standards
• Secure absolute adherence to AML, Responsible Gaming, and local regulatory mandates for every VIP activity
• Communicate actionable insights and detailed performance reports to senior stakeholders and leadership
• Promote the VIP department's objectives internally to drive transparent and data-supported business decisions

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in VIP Management, CRM, or Account Management, preferably in iGaming or online betting
• Advanced relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in player lifecycle metrics, LTV, segmentation, and churn risk analysis
• Knowledge of AML, Responsible Gaming, and local regulatory standards
• Experience designing and managing tailored incentive and loyalty strategies
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Confidence in presenting performance metrics and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Ability to interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and commercial opportunities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
