What We are looking for

As a VIP Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued players through various communication channels in order to resolve any issue that may arise throughout their interaction with our platform.

What you will work on

• Offer service to players, including but not limited to helping solve problems, answering queries, promoting ongoing promotions, rewarding their activity etc in an efficient and quality manner;
• Liaise with different departments (Trading, Bonus Team, CS, Risk & Payments etc) to escalate and resolve issues that may arise from players;
• Be aligned with business objectives and targets including policies and processes;
• Operate with the highest level of responsibility regarding matters that affect the most valuable players of the company

What you bring

• Excellent communications skills (outbound calls, emails)
• Attention to detail accompanied by an extra mile mentality
• Previous working experience in Online Gaming industry will be considered a plus
• Advanced MS Excel Skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Flexibility to work on shifts 24/7
