ATTIVITA’

Con l’obiettivo di incrementare la fedeltà ed il valore dei clienti VIP, ha l’incarico di:

• Garantire il contatto diretto e customizzato per il cliente VIP assicurando che le richieste vengano gestite con immediatezza e in linea con le strategie aziendali di gestione del cliente VIP e del suo atteso;
• Assicurarsi che il cliente VIP riceva l’assistenza prioritaria a lui riservata con il livello di servizio ed attenzione richiesta per i clienti di maggior valore;
• Garantire le attività di contatto, anche outbound, del cliente VIP in linea con le strategie di marketing definite;
• Assicurarsi che la user experience del cliente Vip gestito sia in linea con l’atteso e garantire interventi ed azioni utili a maggiorarla;
• Garantire organizzazione, supporto e partecipazione ad eventi speciali per i clienti Vip al fine di rafforzare la relazione e assicurare la migliore esperienza per loro;
• Effettuare costanti fine tuning delle performance dei clienti VIP in gestione al fine di proporre e sviluppare azioni, promozioni e gestioni customizzate utili a garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business definiti per i clienti VIP in gestione;
• Garantire il reporting delle attività in carico al fine di assicurare un flusso di informazioni costante ed utile allo sviluppo di una strategia di gestione dei clienti VIP sempre più efficiente ed efficace.

CARATTERISTICHE

• Diplomato o Laureato
• Ottime capacità interpersonali e di relazione
• Abilità di lavorare in team
• Precedente esperienza maturata in posizioni analoghe e/o di sviluppo del prodotto
• Forti capacità motivazionali e creatività
• Capacità di muoversi in autonomia, flessibile, dinamico e con spiccate doti di iniziativa
• Passione per gli sport di maggior interesse in Italia, profonda conoscenza del mondo sportivo e del settore gaming
• Ottime capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto Office e dei principali tool di gestione aziendali
• Abilità a trattare con confidenzialità tutte le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• La posizione è full time
