VIP Content Manager

We are looking for a talented and motivated VIP Content Manager to be responsible for developing, organizing and maintaining all operational documentation for the VIP department.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of VIP player management, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our VIP players. Be able to create and execute VIP department procedures and establish standardized documentation framework to VIP and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, structure, and maintain all VIP department procedures, workflows, and internal guidelines.

• Establish a standardized documentation framework for VIP department.

• Maintain an organized knowledge base, ensuring content is updated, version-controlled, and aligned across teams.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally within VIP, CS, or Operations.

• Experience creating manuals, or structured documentation (preferred).

• Understanding of VIP player management, retention strategies, and revenue impact.

Skills

• Exceptional writing and communication skills (flawless English required).

• Strong organizational and process-driven mindset.

• Ability to translate complex operational information into easy-to-read documentation.

• Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, or similar).

• High attention to detail and excellent time-management.

Schedule
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (CY or PL time)
