ACX is looking for a P2P VIP Client Services Analyst to join our team in Armenia.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for high-value P2P merchants, delivering a high-touch, professional service experience

Mediate and resolve complex P2P disputes, balancing platform policies with client satisfaction

Monitor transactions in real time to identify suspicious patterns and prevent fraudulent activity

Prioritize and manage inquiries from VIP clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Identify and escalate operational risks, discrepancies, and unusual cases when required

Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and reduce resolution times

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, focusing on efficiency and service quality

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in customer operations, P2P services, or dispute resolution

Experience in fintech, banking, or high-value customer support is an advantage

Strong ability to handle complex client interactions with professionalism and sound judgment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages (e.g., Russian, Arabic, French) are a plus

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify transaction anomalies

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Good understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and P2P payment ecosystems is an advantage

Ability to work in shift-based schedules, including weekends
