Develop and manage VIP activations such as events and gifting campaigns;
•
Build creative briefs and ensure that each activity reflects the VIP brand positioning and strategy;
•
Prepare quarterly brand activation calendars;
•
Oversee full project lifecycle: concept → brief → approval → production → execution;
•
Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
•
Ensure timely delivery of all elements according to brief and budget;
•
Prepare and manage project budgets;
•
Collect reports, photos, and video materials after each activation;
•
Track performance indicators (ROI, engagement, retention impact);
•
Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines, tone, and style;
•
Supervise design, gifting, and merchandise outputs;
• Work closely with VIP Account Managers, SMM Managers, Procurement, and Legal & Finance teams.
We need your professional experience:
•
+2 years of experience in brand marketing, events, or activations (experience with premium or VIP audiences is a strong plus);
•
Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns and collaborating with multiple stakeholders;
•
Experience with creative briefing, vendor coordination, and reporting;
•
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets;
•
Strong understanding of event production and gifting workflows;
•
Solid budget management and reporting skills;
•
Upper-intermediate in English (written and spoken).
