We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused VIP Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our high-value players. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a premium player experience, driving retention and revenue, and acting as the main point of contact for VIP customers. You will work closely with CRM, Payments, Responsible Gaming, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with VIP players, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned VIP accounts via email, chat, and other communication channels.
Manage, support, and grow relationships with VIP clients, ensuring a premium and personalized service.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients, handling requests and resolving issues efficiently.
Promote relevant products, services, and offers tailored to client needs and behavior.
Monitor client activity and engagement to improve retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Payments, Support, Compliance) to ensure seamless client experience.
Ensure all activities are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of experience as a VIP Account Manager, VIP Manager, or similar role within iGaming / Online Casino.
Strong understanding of casino products, VIP player behavior, and key KPIs.
Previous experience in iGaming and/or Fintech in a client-facing or account management role.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on retention and long-term value.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
