We are currently looking for a motivated VIP Account Manager to join our Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Driving profitability for our online casino and sports platforms by fostering long-term relationships with VIP players.

Managing a portfolio of VIP accounts to boost loyalty and maximize their value.

Monitoring player activity and betting behavior to ensure a positive customer experience.

Providing frontline support for VIP players.

Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement exclusive promotions.

Liaising with Risk, Payments, and Legal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the i-gaming industry.

Demonstrated experience in driving commercial value through campaign strategies and bonus awards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with German language will be considered a plus.

Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Able to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
