We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Villa Front Desk Agent to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Book and modify reservations
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidential information is protected
Requirements:
• Indonesian Citizen only
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Japanese or other languages is an advantage
• Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirabl
