Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Valeo Light is the world leader in automotive lighting. From the latest interior and exterior lighting innovations to cutting-edge wiping technologies, the Light division offers innovative visibility systems with a distinctive style, improving safety and driving comfort.

The site of Bietigheim based in Germany belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE System Production & Project for 12 months, within the team.

Your challenges?

You coordinate and support workshops to improve productivity and increase efficiency.

You coordinate and support the implementation of measures from Valeo Production Systemworkshops and technical changes (Industrial Engineering).

You implement Valeo Production System training (5S, TPM, Hoshin,…).

You support and further develop digital systems such as eWS/eBTT (electronic workstation), MES (manufacturing execution system) and the TPM database.

You develop and control maintenance plans.

You participate in the creation of value stream and flow analyses.

You support Industrial Engineering in the preparation of FMEAs and the execution of FDPR (full day production run).

You carry out "micro stop" analyses and derive measures.

Let’s talk about you…

You are graduated from a Engineering degree

You already have experience in these fields, good knowledge and a good understanding of process digitalisation, of industrial engineering and FMEA

You have a fluent level of English & have basics German skills language skills.

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
