About the Role:

In this exciting Nashville based position, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of video and photo. It will be 40 hours a week flex schedule upon needed. You'll work alongside our video and photo team to support various live events. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes and develop your skills.

Some Duties of the Role:

Capture photo/video content at live concerts and/or events.

Assist with staging and set preparation as needed.

Edit photos/videos while ensuring the look and feel are consistent with our team’s brand and style guidelines in mind.

Working closely with our marketing and social media team to brainstorm, develop, and execute initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Equipment:

Recording equipment needed. (camera/lighting)

Editing software needed. (Adobe, Lightroom, Final Cut)

Knowledge and Skills:

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eager to learn and take initiative.

Professional shooting experience

An eye-catching portfolio

Knowledge of editing software like Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut, or Premiere

Strong creativity

Storytelling skills

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail
