Videographer (Multi-Division Company)

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Videographer / Content Creator to join our growing team and support multiple business divisions including construction, real estate, landscaping, property management, development, and hospitality/golf operations. This role will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that showcases our projects, properties, people, and brand story across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic environments such as job sites, homes, offices, and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities

Film and produce professional video content across all company divisions

Capture project progress, before/after transformations, and promotional footage

Create social media content (short-form reels, TikToks, YouTube, ads, etc.)

Edit videos with graphics, music, and branding elements

Coordinate shoot schedules with department leaders and marketing team

Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones (if licensed)

Maintain organized media files and content library

Assist with photography when needed

Travel locally between job sites, properties, and offices

Preferred Experience

2+ years videography and editing experience 

Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and brand content

Proficiency in editing software 

Experience shooting for social media platforms and marketing campaigns

Drone certification is a plus

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable working in construction and outdoor environments

Equipment

Candidate may use company equipment or personal gear depending on experience and arrangement. Drone capability is a bonus.
