5+ years of professional experience in photography, videography or filmmaking—preferably in an agency or studio setting
A strong portfolio that demonstrates both technical proficiency and emotional storytelling in video and stills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition) and Final Cut Pro

A collaborative spirit and proactive mindset
Nice-to-Haves
Drone certification (Part 107) and experience with aerial photography

Conceptualize, shoot and edit video content and still photography for a wide range of clients and campaigns
Participate in creative brainstorming and work closely with team members (copywriters, designers, art directors, account management, marketing and media) to bring story-driven concepts to life
Direct talent, stage environments and craft lighting setups for both on-location and in-studio shoots
Edit raw footage into polished video pieces, with a focus on pacing, tone and narrative clarity
Maintain agency-owned gear and ensure best practices in file management, backup and post-production workflow
