About the Position:
Marketing sits at the heart of HOLY’s growth. The UK is a top priority and we are investing in social-first, creator-led content to fuel the next stage.

As our new Video & Social Media Content Creator for the UK you will ideate, star in, shoot, and edit short-form video that makes people stop, smile, and try HOLY. You will be the visible face of the brand in the UK, shaping how we show up across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social.

Location: In and around London, but with national travel needed from time to time (expenses reimbursed)

As part of the application process, you will have to upload a self-made video where you pitch or present HOLY - show us your energy, creativity, and why you’re the one to bring HOLY to the UK!

Responsibilities:

• Concept and scripting: Turn insights and trends into punchy ideas, hooks, and scripts that feel unmistakably British and unmistakably HOLY.
• Create and appear on camera: Lead end to end production from idea to shoot to edit, often featuring yourself on screen.
• Edit for impact: Cut scroll-stopping organic and paid assets in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong pacing, sound, and narrative.
• Platform craft: Optimise for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads with smart thumbnails, captions, and formats.
• Performance loop: Review results, test variations, and iterate to lift retention, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the UK country team, influencer marketing, paid social and design to deliver on the content calendar.

About You:
• Native-level English with sharp writing and a feel for British humour, trends, and internet culture.
• Confident on camera and comfortable representing the brand in public-facing content.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro with good colour, sound, and motion fundamentals. After Effects is a plus.
• Strong short-form storytelling and copywriting that entertains and converts.
• Data-minded and organised, able to juggle multiple shoots and deadlines without dropping quality.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, or ElevenLabs to speed up workflow.
• Basic design skills in Photoshop for thumbnails and social assets. Figma or Illustrator is a plus.

The Process:
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognising that quality ultimately yields the best results.

• Your Video Pitch: Send us a short video (at least 45 seconds) where you pitch or talk about HOLY. Show off your filming, editing, and presenting skills; we want to see your energy and creativity in action.
• First Interview with Lutza: If your video matches our vibe, we’ll set up a first interview with Lutza, our Talent Partner, to talk about HOLY and the position, and see if our expectations align.
• Hiring Manager interview with Dan, our Head of UK: We will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
• Case study & technical interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. In a Google Meet with some of the team, you will discuss your case study and ask some follow up questions.
• Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze , one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
• Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
