About the Position:
Marketing is at the core of HOLY’s growth engine — and Poland is our newest market to launch. With a strong revenue base and a cult-like community of creators and customers, we’re doubling down on influencer marketing and localized content to drive our next phase of hypergrowth!

This Content Creator role is pivotal in growing the Polish Market through WILD content.

You’ll become the face of HOLY in Poland — conceptualizing, filming, and producing engaging content that resonates deeply with the Polish Squad (our customers). This is THE POSITION when it comes to social media content creation in the Polish market: creative freedom, full ownership, and the chance to set the tone for how HOLY shows up in a new country.

Disclaimer: To successfully apply for this role, you’ll need to be based in Berlin (Hybrid) — giving you access to our insane office (The HOLY Temple), complete with an in-house recording studio and all the creative tools you’ll ever need.

As part of the application process, you will have to upload a self-made video where you pitch or present HOLY in Polish — show us your energy, creativity, and why you’re the one to bring HOLY to Poland!

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and strategic messaging for paid ads and organic content tailored to the Polish market.
• Write compelling video scripts and copy that align with HOLY's brand voice while resonating with Polish cultural nuances.
• Execute full video production from concept, through recording to final delivery, often taking the stage in front of the camera.
• Edit organic and paid video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, crafting emotionally engaging stories in HOLY's signature style.
• Optimize content for platform-specific requirements (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads).
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on data insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

About You:
• Native Polish speaker with excellent writing skills and a sharp understanding of Polish culture, humor, and local trends.
• Comfortable in front of the camera — eager to take the spotlight in organic and paid videos, becoming the face of HOLY in Poland.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube formats, and a keen eye for what’s trending in Polish social media.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro — confident in editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills — able to craft scroll-stopping narratives that engage, entertain, and convert.
• Creative thinker who loves pushing boundaries and testing bold ideas.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance, insights, and continuous improvement.
• Obsessed with quality, detail, and brand consistency — nothing leaves your hands half-baked.

The Process:
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

• Your Video Pitch: Send us a short video (at least 45 seconds) where you pitch HOLY and yourself in Polish. Show off your filming, editing, and presenting skills — we want to see your energy and creativity in action.
• First Interview with Lutza: If your video matches our vibe, we’ll set up a first interview with Lutza, our Talent Partner, to talk about HOLY and the position, and see if our expectations align.
• Hiring Manager interview with Piotr: We will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
• Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. In a meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple.
• Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze , one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
• Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
