The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are seeking an energetic and creative Video Production Intern who will support the team in creating and executing social commerce video content (TikTok, Shopee Live, and other short-form platforms) that helps drive brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.

As a Video Production Intern, you will:

Assist in developing and executing video content ideas that align with brand goals and social media trends

Support the creation of short-form videos, hashtags, and challenges that resonate with the target audience

Help shoot video assets using a mobile phone or basic equipment and assist in editing using TikTok, CapCut, or similar apps

Learn how to plan, organize, and produce video content that is optimized for engagement and reach

Stay updated with social media trends and support the team in identifying creative opportunities

Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and collaborate closely with other content and production team members

What we are looking for – the ideal profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Multimedia Arts, or a related field

Must be enrolled in a program that requires a mandatory internship / OJT / practicum

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino

Interest in creating short-form videos for social commerce platforms (TikTok, ShopeeLive, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about video production and editing

Passion for social media, trends, and digital content

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of video editing tools like TikTok, CapCut, Canva, or similar

Understanding of social media features such as hashtags, music usage, trends, and platform guidelines

Interest in eCommerce, lifestyle, or pop culture content
