YOUR ROLE::
• You’ll be the face and voice of our video content – hosting, presenting, and engaging audiences across video formats from product explainers to webinars and short-form social media content. This role blends presentation, audience connection, and smart collaboration with our creative and product teams to turn scripts into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and understanding. You’ll influence how our audience learns about complex products in a friendly, clear, and natural way.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES::
• Host and present on-camera videos – explainer content, product walkthroughs, YouTube videos, tutorials, interviews, webinars, and short-form formats;
• Deliver content with confidence, warmth, and clarity, adapting your tone and style to the audience and platform;
• Collaborate with script designers and marketers to refine scripts for performance, flow, and audience engagement;
• Lead live and recorded webinars, Q&A sessions, and interactive video content;
• Contribute ideas for new formats, hooks, and creative ways to present complex concepts;
• Represent the brand voice authentically and professionally in all video content;
• Assist with audience engagement strategy – understand what keeps viewers watching and adjust delivery accordingly.
OUR EXPECTATIONS::
• Native or near-native English fluency with excellent pronunciation and verbal communication;
• Proven on-camera presenting experience (YouTube, broadcast, corporate, education, livestreaming, or equivalent);
• Comfortable on camera – including improvisation within structured scripts and confident delivery under direction;
• Ability to work closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure clarity and impact;
• Understanding of video formats – from long-form webinars to short social videos – and what works best where;
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to take feedback and iterate quickly.
GREAT ADVANTAGE WILL BE::
• Background in broadcast, journalism, acting, or hosting;
• Experience with tech products, SaaS, tutorials, or educational content;
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and live event hosting;
• Experience analyzing engagement metrics and optimizing delivery;
• Toolkit or comfort with simple recording setups (lighting, teleprompter, etc.).
