About the Role

We are looking for a Video & Motion Designer to support our content and product storytelling initiatives across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives through structured storyboarding and high-quality motion design execution.

What Will You Do

• Podcast Content Production
Create and edit short-form and long-form videos/reels from podcast recordings for social and marketing channels.
• Branded Product Focus Videos
Develop storyboards and design key visuals to communicate brand and product messages clearly and creatively.
• Tutorial & Product Content
Produce tutorial videos demonstrating dashboard features and product usage for customer education and enablement.
• Animated Visuals for Blog Content
Design and develop animated visuals and motion graphics to enhance blog articles and digital campaigns.
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams from concept ideation to final delivery.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (baseline technical requirement).
• Excellent storyboarding skills with the ability to translate concepts into structured visual narratives.
• Proven ability to replicate and recreate reference videos accurately based on provided examples and creative direction.
• Experience producing:
Video reels and podcast content
Product-focused and branded videos
Tutorial and instructional content
Animated visuals for digital platforms
Core Competencies
• Portfolio must demonstrate:
End-to-end motion/video projects
Clear storyboarding or concept development process (highly preferred)
• Strong visual design sense, including composition, pacing, and storytelling flow.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Good communication skills to present ideas and creative rationale.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in product, SaaS, or tech-related content.

• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts for tutorial and dashboard-based content.

• Experience using AI tools for video creation or motion design (e.g., AI-assisted editing, animation, or generative visuals).

• Ability to present storyboarding process during interviews if not shown in portfolio.
