You’ll take raw footage and turn it into:
• Scroll-stopping short-form videos
• Clean, professional long-form content
• Conversion-driven marketing assets

What You’ll Own
Editing & Storytelling (Core Focus)
• Edit videos using:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Turn raw footage into:
• Short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Long-form (YouTube, training, explainers)
• Optimize pacing, cuts, and structure for engagement + retention
Graphics, Motion & Visual Enhancements
• Add:
• Titles
• Lower thirds
• Motion graphics
• Use tools like:
• Adobe After Effects
• Canva
• Maintain strong brand consistency across videos
Audio & Color Quality
• Clean and balance audio:
• Dialogue clarity
• Noise reduction
• Leveling
• Add music + SFX (licensed properly)
• Perform color correction & grading for a consistent look
Multi-Platform Optimization
• Export for:
• YouTube
• TikTok
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Handle:
• Different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Compression, codecs, file size optimization
Collaboration & Feedback
• Work with:
• Marketing teams
• Creative directors
• Manage feedback using:
• Frame.io
• Iterate quickly (goal: ≤ 2 revision rounds)
Performance-Driven Editing
• Monitor:

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
