We’re hiring a Video Editor & Social Media Manager to turn podcast and long-form content into high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves editing, understands social media trends, and knows how to create content that stops the scroll.

If you enjoy owning content from raw footage to posting and optimization, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos from podcasts, interviews, and long-form content

• Create TikToks, Reels, and Shorts with strong hooks, pacing, and captions

• Add subtitles, emojis, jump cuts, zooms, and light motion graphics

• Maintain consistent style, branding, and quality

• Deliver multiple clips per episode or content drop on tight timelines

Social Media Management

• Post and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

• Write engaging captions optimized for each platform

• Follow trends and suggest new formats, hooks, and clip styles

• Track basic performance such as views, engagement, and watch time

Collaboration and Ownership

• Work closely with podcasts, creators, and internal teams

• Take feedback well and iterate quickly

• Own your content pipeline from edit to post to optimization

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 4 plus years' experience editing short-form video for social media

• Strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or Shorts

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Strong English comprehension, both spoken and written

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and fast without sacrificing quality

Nice to Have

• Experience editing podcasts or talking-head content

• Familiarity with US-based creators or audiences

• Basic motion graphics or animated captions

• Experience managing social media accounts
