We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Editor across all LATAM to support the production of short-form social media content across multiple platforms. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys editing, refining content, and delivering clean, engaging videos following clear creative direction.

All scripts, strategy, references, and guidelines will be provided. The editor will focus on strong execution, pacing, and consistency rather than content ideation or strategy development. This role also includes creating simple Instagram carousels and YouTube thumbnails using provided assets and templates.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Create engaging pacing and clean edits optimized for viewer retention
• Add captions, motion graphics, and visual elements as directed
• Design clear, conversion-focused YouTube thumbnails
• Create 2–3 basic Instagram carousels per week using provided content and templates
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across all deliverables
• Follow established workflows, guidelines, and creative direction

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing short-form social media content
• Strong understanding of pacing, retention editing, and social media formats
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Experience creating thumbnails and basic graphic layouts
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction closely
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent output
• Reliable communication and responsiveness
