Role Summary

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our creative team during an exciting period for our kids’ brand. Are you a fun, imaginative self-starter with great energy who loves turning ideas into reality and thrives on clear communication and collaboration with different teams and external partners? This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll bring stories to life through playful animation, dynamic motion graphics, and eye-catching video content that connects with kids and parents. If you love bold visuals, fun storytelling, and creating content that sparks excitement, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging trailers, short-form marketing videos, and social content for digital platforms.

Design and animate motion graphics that feel fun, modern, and on-brand.

Edit video content with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.

Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and brand leads through transformational brand change.

Work with multiple third-party creative assets based on external brand guidance.

Translate creative concepts and briefs into polished, high-quality video and animation.

Maintain a consistent visual style while experimenting with fresh, playful ideas.

Optimize work by exploring AI and modern technology tools.

Collaborate with the business to achieve KPIs and apply data-driven design principles.

Engage with external agencies and freelance personnel while fostering collaboration within cross-functional global teams.

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience with a demonstrable portfolio of work.

Experience creating content for kids’ or family-focused brands is highly desirable.

Proficient English for communication.
