We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Video Editor with deep expertise in AI-powered animation tools. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, visually compelling video content that drives engagement and brand growth across digital platforms. You will leverage cutting-edge AI animation technologies — such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, and Kling — to create scroll-stopping content that blends creativity with technological innovation. Working closely with creative strategists, designers, and performance marketers, you will bring brand stories to life through dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and AI-generated animations that captivate audiences and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels.
• Utilize AI animation tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling, Sora, and similar) to create innovative animated content and visual effects.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to translate briefs into compelling video executions that align with campaign goals.
• Develop motion graphics, animated assets, and AI-generated visuals that elevate brand storytelling.
• Maintain a fast-paced production workflow, delivering polished content within tight deadlines.
• Adapt and repurpose video content across multiple formats and aspect ratios for various platforms and placements.
• Incorporate performance feedback and creative insights to continuously improve video output and engagement metrics.
• Stay current with the latest AI animation technologies, video editing trends, and platform-specific best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all video productions.
• Manage and organize video assets, project files, and deliverables in a structured and accessible manner.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Animation, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production.
• Hands-on experience with AI animation and video generation tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing, animation, and AI-generated content across social media platforms.
• Experience producing content for performance-driven campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to edit and produce content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Experience working with DTC brands, e-commerce companies, or creative/performance marketing agencies is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Frame.io, Notion, or Asana.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong command of AI animation and video generation platforms with the ability to prompt, iterate, and refine outputs efficiently.
• Exceptional eye for visual storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and composition.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate strategic direction into high-impact video content.
• Deep understanding of platform-native video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for short-form content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally alongside creative strategists, designers, and marketers.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering polished, professional outputs.
• Adaptability and willingness to experiment with emerging tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive creative feedback constructively
