The Role

You will own the end-to-end video production process. This is a high-autonomy role where you will be expected to take a rough concept and turn it into a polished, high-converting video asset for the US market. You must be an expert in traditional editing (Premiere/After Effects) while being a "power user" of AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

● Pre-Production: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT/Claude) for script outlining and "hook" ideation. Independently storyboard concepts based on US homeowner pain points.

● Post-Production: Execute professional-grade editing, motion graphics, and sound design.

● AI Integration: Proactively use AI for voiceovers (ElevenLabs), b-roll generation/extension (Midjourney/Runway), and AI-driven captions (CapCut/Submagic).

● Ad Optimization: Create multiple "variations" of video hooks to A/B test performance for US Facebook and YouTube ads.

● Quality Ownership: Ensure all content meets the "Lytegen Standard" clean, premium, and authoritative for a US audience.

Requirements

● Experience: 5+ years in video production with a portfolio focused on Direct Response (DR) or Lead Gen for the US market.

● Tech Stack: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

● Independence: Proven ability to move a project from "Script to Screen" without a manager holding your hand through every cut.
