Our LATAM team is growing fast, and we're looking for someone who can turn ideas into visual content that actually moves people. What You'll Do
Edit reels, shorts, and videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — with rhythm, aesthetic quality, and storytelling.
Support the production and recording of content alongside our market analyst — YouTube videos, live streams, and educational pieces.
Operate camera, lighting, and audio during in-person recording sessions.
Design posts, carousels, and stories in Canva aligned with INFINOX's brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team on the monthly content calendar planning and execution.
Pitch content ideas based on trends, key financial dates, and market events.
Manage visual assets and keep the team's resource library organized.
Travel to events and activations across LATAM as needed.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in video editing and social media content creation.
Hands-on experience in video production: camera operation, basic lighting, and audio setup.
Experience with live streaming (YouTube Live, Instagram Live, or similar platforms).
Proficiency in editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
Advanced Canva skills (templates, Brand Kit, multi-platform formats).
Strong visual eye , you care about aesthetics, pacing, and brand consistency.
Ability to work under real deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Spanish native speaker. Intermediate English required — you need to understand briefs, references, and communicate with global teams.
Must be based in Lima, Peru, and available to travel for events and activations across the region.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in financial services, fintech, or financial education content.
Use AI tools to accelerate content production (Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
Have a portfolio with real brand work or accounts with an active audience.
