Position Overview

We're looking for a talented Freelance Video Content Creator/Social Media Specialist to collaborate with us as a freelance contractor (up to 25 hours per week). In this role, you'll create engaging content that showcases our products and solutions across various platforms, helping to build our brand presence and engage with our community. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to work with cutting-edge AI technology and contribute to our global marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic social media growth plans across platforms

• Create engaging video content (including talking head videos) that showcases product use cases for social media platforms

• Develop ready-made advocacy content for employees to share across their networks

• Produce creative content for organic social media campaigns that drives engagement and growth

• Support the production of onboarding videos and product teasers (30-second clips)

• Craft compelling copy tailored to different social media platforms

• Help explain complex AI solutions in accessible, engaging ways

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategic decisions and report on performance

• Identify and engage with industry influencers to expand brand awareness

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for tech products/SaaS companies

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to explain complex products in engaging ways

• Experience with content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok

• Video editing and production skills for creating short-form content

• Understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) marketing strategies

• Ability to write compelling copy adapted for different platforms and audiences

• Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts and building engaged communities

• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools

• Experience interpreting social media metrics and adapting strategy based on data insights

• Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for optimizing content reach

• Excellent English communication skills

• Registered business entity preferred (ability to issue proper invoices)
