Role Overview
We’re looking for a fast, creative, reliable Video Content Creator who thrives on bringing ideas to life.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, excel under pressure, and enjoy both production and post-production, this role is perfect for you. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, scripting, and creating both short-form and long-form video content for our global events, social platforms, and marketing campaigns.

You'll collaborate with a talented team and occasionally lead external freelancers during event coverage, ensuring the highest quality video output across all channels.

What You’ll Do

Film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for events and brand campaigns.

Write scripts, develop creative concepts, and contribute to the marketing content strategy.

Produce on-site video coverage at international events with fast turnarounds and long working hours.

Work closely with designers, social media specialists, and marketing leads to deliver cohesive visual content.

Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline creative development and enhance post-production workflows.

 Skills We Need
We move quickly, and we’re looking for someone to bring both technical expertise and creative flair to the team.

You should have:

Strong color-grading skills (both technical and artistic).

Experience in animation and motion graphics (After Effects or similar).

Fast and efficient editing workflow (Premiere Pro & CapCut).

A strong visual storytelling instinct and a clear creative voice.

Excellent communication skills — warm, clear, and collaborative.

The ability to handle tight deadlines and high-pressure event environments.

A positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team.

Willingness to travel internationally for event coverage.
