Video Content Creator & Editor

Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Creator & Editor to produce high-quality video content for our podcast, marketing channels, and internal use. You'll transform long-form interviews and media into engaging short-form content optimized for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.

In This Role, You Will:

Video Editing & Production

• Edit podcast episodes, interviews, and marketing content using DaVinci Resolve Studio (preferred) or Final Cut Pro

• Repurpose long-form content into shorts using Descript and Opus Clips

• Clean and enhance audio using Pod Castle

• Apply branded thumbnails and graphics via Canva or Photoshop

• Add captions, hooks, and pacing suited for each platform

• Edit internal content (team interviews, sales, and marketing videos)

• Sync and mix b-roll, music, sound effects, and voiceovers

• Perform color grading (a plus, but not required)

Graphic Design Support

• Maintain visual consistency using existing templates

• Support creation of eye-catching, high-CTR visuals

File Management

• Organize and label all source and export files in Google Drive with a consistent structure

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the Podcasting Content Manager to align on creative direction and timelines

• Communicate clearly on progress, deadlines, and feedback

• Thrive in a remote environment with a proactive, self-driven approach

Tools We Use

• Primary: DaVinci Resolve Studio, Descript, Opus Clips, Canva

• Additional: Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, PodCastle, CapCut

Skills and Experience We Value:

• 2+ years of video editing experience (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut preferred)

• Strong skills in editing and repurposing long-form content into engaging shorts

• Experience working with design templates (thumbnails, graphics, etc.)

• Comfortable editing a wide range of content including podcasts and internal videos

• Highly organized and consistent with file management

• Solid understanding of editing best practices, pacing and audio balance

• Language Requirement: Full professional fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required for this role. Daily communication with teams will be conducted in English.
