Interco Division 10 (Texas) LLC has full-time Vice President of Sales and Estimating (U.S.) position in Austin, Texas.
Duties: Manage all sales, estimating and revenue generating Division 10 specialty construction projects for multiple U.S. facilities, including oversight of Sales & Estimating Department; Hiring and direction of Sales Management, Sales and Estimating and Sales Coordinator roles; Work with Project Management and Accounting Departments regarding customers and suppliers; Prepare annual revenue forecasts for U.S. operations; Develop regional sales plans and strategic marketing initiatives; Oversee project bids and negotiate contracts; Responsible for profit margins in relation to estimates prepared by Sales and Estimating representatives; Supervise compensation and commission structure for sales staff; Negotiate with major suppliers and contractors regarding pricing and availability of products and services; Conduct client development activities with key personnel and suppliers. Quarterly travel to Canadian company headquarters. Bi-monthly travel to company offices throughout the U.S.
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field and two years of experience or in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept no degree and four years of experience.
